Is Tour A better as private or joiner?

If you want a calmer, more flexible day (and you don’t want to wait on other groups), private is the premium choice. Joiner is great value if you’re happy with a standard schedule.

Do we need to pay extra fees in El Nido?

Yes. El Nido has an environmental fee (ETDF), and some lagoon visits can have protected-area fees. We’ll confirm what applies to your route and date before you go.

Can you pick us up from our hotel?

Depending on your accommodation and the operator’s setup, we can arrange hotel pickup or provide the easiest meeting point and timing.

What if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If the tour is cancelled due to weather, you can reschedule for free to another date (subject to availability) or request a full refund.

Do you send reminders before the tour?

Yes. We’ll message you the day before with timing, meeting point/pickup details, what to bring, and any fees to prepare.
